The blend is comprised of 65% Cabernet Sauvignon, 20% Merlot with the balance being minor amounts of Cabernet Franc and Malbec. Opaque black crimson colour with deep crimson hue. Perfumed nose of violet, followed by blackcurrant, spice and confectionary, delivering an impressive lift. The palate continues to impress. Flavours of cedar and cherry, followed by raspberry and liquorice. Excellent weight and mouthfeel, perfect balance. Aftertaste of cedar, blackcurrant and spice.
