Deep crimson brick red colour with brick red crimson hue. Top note of plum, followed by spice and stewed fruit with a hint of liquorice. On the palate flavours of plum, spice and stewed fruit. Fine grained, dryish tannins. Aftertaste of plum, spice and stewed fruit.

First Tasted, March 2006: The Shiraz component of this wine has been sourced from vineyards in Langhorne Creek and Clare Valley. A small percentage of Grenache and Mourvedre have been added to the wine.
Very deep black crimson colour with deep mauve crimson hue. Aroma of blackberry, vanilla and spice, followed by end notes of raspberry and liquorice. There is a touch of leather on the palate, with a hint of earth and spice. Flavours of blackberry, plum and liquorice emerge. Fine grained tannins. Aftertaste of liquorice, raspberry and plum.
