Bright pale gold colour with straw hue. Aroma of hazelnut, cashew and biscuit followed by a hint of yeast lees as an end note. The palate flavour profile is simple with a citrus layer over yeast lees and cashew. The acidity remains quite high. Aftertaste of yeast lees and hazelnut.
