$455.88 Dozen
Cellar: 3 - 4 Years (2009-2010)

This Pinot delivers more complexity than the Garamond and that would largely be attributed to the extra clones that have been used to make this wine which include 114 and 115 together with MV6. The wine is grown on a tiny, 3 acre, North facing site.

Semi-translucent crimson colour. Perfumed nose of violet, spice and cherry followed by an earthy end note. The palate has very good weight and mouthfeel with flavours of spice and cherry followed by a hint of toasted oak. Excellent length. Velvet smooth tannins. Spicy cherry aftertaste.
Cellar 3-4 years (2009-2010)
Alc/Vol: 14%

Other Reviews...
Much riper, richer fruit more towards black fruits and plums, the texutre more to velvet than silk.  A choice between finesse and complexity, but not quality.
