A Chardonnay where the secondary flavours are dominant. Bright straw colour with pale straw hue. Aroma of honeycomb, yeast lees and cashew followed by a biscuit end note. The secondary, barrel ferment flavours are dominant on the palate, with almond, yeast lees, biscuit and hazelnut. Clean acid finish. Aftertaste of yeast lees, almond, biscuit and hazelnut.
