2004 Hollick Hollaia Sangiovese Cabernet Sauvignon

Hollaia has been inspired by the Super Tuscan wines.
Medium body. Brick red colour with brick red hue. There is a hint of cherry on the nose, followed by new leather, cedar and stewed fruit. The palate flavour profile is tight, with the tannin structure being forward. Flavours of stewed fruit and sour cherry followed by nuances of leather, truffle, and cedar.
