2004 Highbank Vineyards Cabernet Merlot Cabernet Franc

This wine is composed of a blend of 65% Cabernet Sauvignon, 30% Merlot and 5% Cabernet Franc and has been matured for 1 year in French Oak. Medium body deep brick red colour with brick red hue. Top note of stewed fruit, cedar, leather and cigar box, showing developed characteristics. Fine dryish tannins. Aftertaste of old leather, cedar and cigar box. The wine is at its peak.
