A surprise find! This is an example of a refined cool climate Cabernet. Very deep crimson colour with deep crimson hue. Ripe Cabernet top notes of cassis, blackcurrant, spice, violets and cedar. The structure of this wine is impressive, flavours of cedar and cigar box are evident over cassis, blackcurrant and spice. Long aftertaste of spice, cedar and blackcurrant.
