Mount Mary calls their Bordeaux blend Quintet – Helen’s Hill is called by the Roman numeral ‘V’.
Bright crimson colour with crimson mauve hue. Medium body. Perfumed nose of violet, spice, cassis and blackcurrant. The palate has an elegance that is evident in the style of the wines from Paulliac in Bordeaux. There are nuances of truffle, followed by a hint of earth and cedar which run into the aftertaste. Fine grained perfectly balanced tannins.
