2004 Harewood Estate Classic White

The blend is allegedly based around Chardonnay, however the nose and palate would indicate that the bland is centred around Sauvignon Blanc and Semillon. Bright straw colour with pale straw hue. Grassy, herbaceous top note showing distinct vegetative characteristics. On the palate the grassy vegetative characteristics continue followed by unripe gooseberry and a touch of tropical fruit. A commercial style.
