Brilliant straw colour with pale straw hue. The nose is a touch restrained, with notes of peach, melon and cashew followed by a hint of confectionary and lees. Creamy texture, with palate flavours of yeast lees, cashew and biscuit emerging with citrus background tones. Well balanced with spicy oak making a contribution to the flavour profile. Aftertaste of cashew, yeast lees, melon, spice and tropical fruit.
