Bright straw colour with water like hue. Aroma of yeast lees followed by cashew, biscuit and a touch of honeycomb. The palate reveals flavours of yeast lees and cashew over a light grapefruit back palate. The acidity is quite high. Grapefruit, yeast lees aftertaste.
