2004 Forest Hill Vineyard Block 9 Shiraz

This wine has been made from the oldest Shiraz vines that are on the Forest Hill Vineyard. Very deep black purple mauve colour with black purple hue. Aroma of liquorice, spice and blackberry followed by a chocolate end note. The palate flavour profile is elegant, showing refinement. Fine, dry tannins. Aftertaste of plum, spice and white pepper.
