2004 Flying Fish Cove Cabernet Merlot

A youthful Cabernet. Very deep crimson colour with mauve hue. Aroma of blackcurrant, liquorice and a touch of violets, showing good primary fruit character. The palate flavour profile is youthful with some inky Cabernet flavours emerging. Fine dry tannins. Inky blackcurrant, stewed fruit aftertaste.
