2004 Domaine Pinson Chablis Grand Cru Les Clos

A precise Chablis with classic flinty / minerality that makes it such a superb accompaniment to seafood. Brilliant pale straw colour with green tinge. Light citrus top note, followed by typical restraint and overtones of flint. The palate has razor like precision yet with considerable length and complexity evident, displaying mineral, flint and citrus flavours. Very crisp finish, long flinty aftertaste.
