2004 De Iuliis Aged Release Semillon

Brilliant very pale straw colour with distinct greenish tinge and water like hue still looking remarkably youthful. The nose displays delicate toast top notes followed by some honeyed lemon and spice. The palate is quite light exhibiting very delicate flavours of citrus and spice with a toasty overlay. Clean crisp acidity with aftertaste of toast, lemon and spice.
Cellar a further 3-4 years (2013-2014).
