Bright pale straw colour with straw hue. Aroma of biscuit and yeast lees followed by cashew and hazelnut showing distinctive Chardonnay oak character. Subtle palate flavours of melon and fig followed by hazelnut and lees. Clean acid finish. Aftertaste of melon, yeast lees, fig and cashew.
