Should a mid-life crisis set upon you, we suggest visiting the Charles Sturt School of Wine and Food Sciences. The wine courses were first offered in 1976 and have been responsible for training many of the industries best winemakers. The Shiraz is an example of their skills and worthy of support. Very deep black purple colour with black purple hue. Lifted nose of spice, violets, plum and blackberry. The palate displays elegance and shows good weight and mouthfeel. Flavours of spice, liquorice, vanilla and plum emerge, supported by fine grained tannins over an inky background.
Cellar 4-5 years (2011-2012)
