2004 Burge Family Winemakers Olive Hill Semillon

A superb example of a Barossa Semillon, showing considerable complexity. Brilliant green gold colour with golden hue. Superb nose of honey, citrus and toast, followed by confectionary, honeycomb and spice. Mouthfilling flavours of toast, honey, confectionary and citrus. Excellent weight and mouth feel. Very spicy back palate. Clean acid finish. Very long aftertaste of spice, citrus and honey.
