2004 Bowen Estate Coonawarra Shiraz

Very deep crimson colour with deep crimson mauve hue. Aroma of blackberry, vanilla and spice, with a hint of liquorice allsorts. The palate has an unusual flavour twist with arrowmint, plum spice and mocha. Soft tannins. Aftertaste of arrowmint, mocha, plum and stewed fruit.
Cellar 3-4 years (2009-2010)
Alc/Vol: 13%

White pepper, herbs, smoke, and blacker fruit aromas appear in the medium-bodied 2004 Shiraz. In the mouth, it tails off ever so slightly at the back. Drink it over the next 2-3 years.
