The wine pours well, displaying an excellent creamy mousse with moderate sized bead showing good persistence. Gold, straw colour base wine. Top note of yeast lees, followed by biscuit and hazelnut with just a touch of lemon. Creamy palate. Clean acid finish. Aftertaste of yeast lees and cashew.

This sparkling wine has been made from a blend of Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier.
The wine opens well with impressive mousse. Fine bead with moderate persistence. Light aroma of biscuit, yeast lees and cashew. Creamy palate texture, with grapefruit and yeast lees flavours evident. Clean crisp acid finish. Creamy aftertaste.
