A very high acid Semillon that needs time to evolve. Bright straw colour with bright straw hue. Aroma of green apple, green pear, confectionary and spice. The palate is dominated by the crisp acid backbone. Flavours of lemon, green apple and unripe pineapple emerge and are present through to the aftertaste.
