2004 Best's Great Western Riesling

This wine remains quite restrained at this stage, however, has the potential to emerge into a classic Riesling style. Brilliant straw colour with green hue. The nose is a touch restrained with lime and lemon flavours emerging, followed by a spicy end note. The palate is relatively austere at the stage, with crisp acid backbone. The lemon flavours dominate for the time being with long lemon aftertaste.
