2004 Bent Creek Cabernet Merlot

Very deep black crimson colour with black crimson hue. Aroma of mulberry, cedar, blackcurrant and liquorice. The palate has good weight and mouthfeel with flavours of mocha, spice and liquorice evident. Fine grained tannins. Aftertaste of mocha, cedar and liquorice allsorts.
Cellar 2-3 years (2008-2009)
