2004 Barossa Valley Estate Ebenezer Shiraz

Opaque black crimson colour with black crimson hue. Aroma of dark chocolate, mocha, spice and vanilla. The palate is full flavoured but lighter than expected from the nose. Flavours of mocha, chocolate, new leather and black pepper. Excellent balance. Aftertaste of plum and new leather.
