2003 Yrsa's Vineyard Chardonnay

Brilliant pale gold colour. Subtle nose. Delicate notes of yeast lees, white peach and cashews emerge. The initial palate impression is that there is some spoiled fruit that was used during the fermentation, creating a slightly sour sensation. There is a touch of citrus.
