Very deep crimson brick red colour with crimson hue. Aromatic nose, displaying lifted top notes of spice and white pepper followed by end notes of raspberry and leather. The palate reveals flavours of raspberry, leather and liquorice. Fine grained tannins, with good acidity evident. Long aftertaste of plum, raspberry and spice.
