2003 Taylors Jaraman Cabernet Sauvignon

Medium body. Brick red colour with brick red hue showing early development. Aroma of spice, plum and stewed fruit followed by a hint of confectionary. Stewed fruit flavours dominate the palate, with fine, dry and very chalky tannins. Aftertaste of stewed fruit, plum and old leather.
