2003 Tallarook Marsanne

An interesting Marsanne which has been fermented on wild yeasts and matured on lees for 14 months in old French oak. Bright straw colour with pale straw hue. Aroma of melon, ripe fig and cashew emerge followed by a hint of honeycomb. The palate flavours are still evolving – honeycomb and cashew emerge. Clean acid finish. Ripe fig, honeycomb aftertaste.
