"...exuberant, sexy, delicious" - Robert Parker.

Robert Parker described this wine as “extraordinary value, exuberant, sexy, delicious.” The wine is packed and stacked with flavours, with some tasters complaining that the wine has "too much flavour." The wine is composed of a blend of 60% Shiraz, 20% Cabernet and 20% Merlot and is certainly a red that needs a thick aged Rib Eye to experience the ultimate expression of Barossa voluptuousness.A big red! Totally opaque black purple colour with deep purple hue. Aroma of violets, blackcurrant, spice and plum. The palate has excellent weight and mouth feel, with flavours of plum, mulberry and blackberry. Excellent length, with black pepper back palate. Fine grained tannins. Aftertaste of black pepper, plum, spice and dark chocolate.
Cellar 4-5 years (2009-2010)
Alc/Vol: 15.5%
