The GST from 2002 was a super ‘joosy’, flavour filled wine. The 2003 is much more restrained. Very deep crimson colour with mauve crimson hue. Lifted nose of raspberry, liquorice and spice. Moderate palate length, with flavours of liquorice and raspberry which continue into the aftertaste.
