This blend is composed of a blend of 93% Shiraz and 7% Viognier. Very deep black crimson colour with deep crimson hue. Lifted nose of violets, liquorice, spice and apricot. The palate is quite dry, with chalky tannin structure. Flavours of plum and stewed fruit. Aftertaste plum, spice, blackberry and black pepper.
