2003 Sir Paz Blocks A & B Shiraz

Very deep crimson colour with deep crimson hue. The nose displays good varietal character, with notes of plum, stewed fruit, blackberry and liquorice. The palate reveals flavours of plum, spice, white pepper, liquorice and stewed fruit, with the white pepper component being dominant. The palate length falls away, with aftertaste of spice, plum and stewed fruit.
