2003 Rosily The Cartographer Cabernet Sauvignon Merlot Cabernet Franc

The colour of this wine is holding up well. Medium body, with crimson colour and crimson mauve hue. Top note of cedar, followed by leather, spice and blackcurrant, with end notes of stewed fruit and truffle. The nose and palate are showing bottle development characteristics. Flavours of leather and stewed fruit are evident, followed by a spicy back palate, which runs into the aftertaste.
