Bright crimson colour with deep crimson mauve hue. The wine has a 7% Viognier component which contributes to a perfumed lift of dried apricot emerging. Flavours of apricot, spice and black pepper emerge. Soft tannin. Aftertaste of apricot and spice followed by black and white pepper.
