2003 Paracombe Cabernet Sauvignon

The colour of this wine is slightly cloudy. Medium body. Crimson brick red colour with brick red hue. The nose delivers a hint of tea leaf, followed by notes of cigar box and cedar. On the palate the subtle tea leaf character re-emerges, followed by cassis and spice. Fine grained tannins. Aftertaste of tea leaf, cassis and cedar. Cellar 2-3 years (2009-2010) Alc/Vol: 15%
