2003 O'Leary Walker Polish Hill Riesling

If you’re looking for an acid zap, you’ll get it with this wine. Bright straw colour. Lifted aromatic nose of spice, lime and rosepetal. On the palate, the acidity asserts itself – some might say steely, it’s more than that – just short of lemon juice with the acidity completely dominant.
