2003 Munari Schoolhouse Red

This wine is composed of a blend of 29% Cabernet Sauvignon, 38% Merlot, 19% Malbec and 14% Shiraz. A well made commercial wine. Medium body, crimson colour with mauve crimson hue. Aroma of plum, spice and stewed fruit, with just a hint of truffle as an endnote. Flavours of plum and stewed fruit emerge on the palate. Fine grained tannins. Aftertaste of plum, stewed fruit and leather.
