Bright gold colour with straw hue, showing oxidative handling. Aroma of honey and honeycomb followed by yeast lees and a touch of cashew over butterscotch. The palate flavour profile is relatively short and sharp. Hints of grapefruit emerge over a creamy textured background. The acidity is quite evident. Aftertaste of grapefruit and honey.
