A big red with some old fashioned twists. Very deep crimson brick red colour and deep crimson hue. Aroma of stewed fruit, blackcurrant, spice and cedar. There is a touch of earth on the palate, with flavours of cedar and stewed fruit over an earthy old leather back palate. Fine dry tannin. Old leather cedar and just a hint of tar on the back palate.
