2003 Kilikanoon Blacket's Vineyard Riesling

This is a very steely example of Riesling. Bright straw colour. Aroma of spice and lime followed by a touch of citrus. The palate has a sense of restrained austerity with a distinctive mineral flint like backbone. Spice and citrus flavours are evident. Crisp acidity followed by a long aftertaste of lemon and grapefruit.
