2003 Katnook Estate Odyssey Cabernet Sauvignon

This wine is showing bottle age – brick red colour with brick red hue. Medium body. Top note of cedar, followed by spice and cigar box, delivering an appealing tertiary sniff. The palate reflects the nose, showing bottle age – flavours of cedar, cigar box, spice and leather emerge supported by fine grained tannins, which are perfectly balanced. Aftertaste of cedar and leather.
