2003 Jim Barry Watervale Riesling

An excellent Riesling from a crop that produced the lowest yield in 20 years. Bright pale straw colour. Aroma of lime and tropical fruit. The palate whilst having a sense of austerity about it is less steely than in previous years. Flavours of tropical fruit and lime are dominant followed by a lemon background. Excellent balance with clean acid finish.
