2003 Jasper Hill Georgia's Paddock Shiraz

A formidable Red from RON LAUGHTON [pictured right], with a monumental palate structure and a tannic grip that will ensure excellent cellaring potential. A total concentrate of black purple with excellent cling to the walls of the glass. Superb nose of vanilla, cedar, blackcurrant, violets, spice, confectionary and liquorice allsorts, producing an outstanding sniffing experience. The palate has a very tight gripping tannic backbone, which is supported by very concentrated fruit evident on the palate. Very ripe plum, followed by a profound black pepper flavour, which just continues to build on the palate and lasts for a very long time into the aftertaste. Limited Stocks.
