2003 Jacob's Creek Centenary Hill Shiraz

An excellent follow up to the superb 2002 Vintage.

Opaque black crimson colour with deep crimson hue. Classic Centenary Hill nose of cedar, violets and vanilla. The palate shows more elegance than the 2002, but with a similar flavour profile, and slightly drier, firmer tannins. Flavours of vanilla, violet infusion and liquorice are superbly counter pointed by cedar, spice and blackberry. Aftertaste of cedar, confectionary and just a hint of earth.
