2003 Hentley Farm Barossa Shiraz

Hentley Farm is a boutique Barossa Vineyard that has its origin dating back to 1856. Located on the banks of Greenock Creek at Seppeltsfield, Keith and Alison Hentschke have produced a big Barossa red. Opaque crimson colour with crimson mauve hue. Perfumed nose of violets, blackberry and spice, followed by a vanilla endnote. Mouthfilling palate with flavours of vanilla, blackberry and plum. Fine grained tannins. Aftertaste of vanilla, dark chocolate, plum, spice and black pepper.
