In the past this wine has been made from a blend of Semillon, Chardonnay and Sauvignon Blanc, however, no blend has been mentioned on the label this time round so one might assume a few additions or deletions. Brilliant straw colour with pale straw hue. Aroma of honey, followed by a hint of lime, citrus and confectionary with just a hint of grassiness. Mouth filling creamy palate with flavours of honey, spice and confectionary, followed by tropical fruit and honeycomb. Good acid balance. Very long aftertaste of peach, spice and honey.
