This is a big high alcohol red, made by Sarah and Sparky Marquis. Opaque black crimson colour with deep crimson hue. Aroma of spice and liquorice, with ripe plum, blackberry and vanilla. Mouth filling palate, with big flavour profile. Ripe plum, confectionary, spice and a hint of tar overlaid with flavours of vanilla and spice. Warm finish. Aftertaste of spice, liquorice and tar.
