2003 Harcourt Valley Cabernet Sauvignon

These Cabernet vines were planted in 1976. Medium body. Crimson colour with crimson brick red hue. Aroma of stewed fruit, cedar and leather. The palate profile is simple with flavours of stewed fruit and some cedar evident. Fine grained tannins. Stewed fruit, spice aftertaste.
