A more restrained example than the Polish Hill. Bright pale straw colour with subtle green hue. Aroma of lime followed by nuances of spice and citrus. The structure is a touch austere with crisp acid backbone. The lime flavour component is subservant to lemon followed by a hint of ripe pear. Very good length. Crisp acid finish with very long lime pear lemon aftertaste.
